God of Thunder

I have heard rumors of an upcoming Thor movie. I have also heard of two potential candidates to play the lead. I would like to do a similar poll as I did with Superman a few posts ago. So here is a picture of Thor from the comics:

Kevin McKidd

and Triple H

This is a little tougher to call than the Superman poll. Again, I will judge my vote in a number of categories but you may vote however you wish.

Physique: Both men seem to be in terrific shape for the role but I think Triple H has the distinct advantage in this category.

Hair: Triple H already has the hair but McKidd could fix that problem with little effort. So I'll call this one even because hair can be grown.

Acting Ability: Triple H has been in one film while McKidd has been in numerous films and television shows, so I think he was more experience there.

Action Ability : Both men are established in the world of action, McKidd as a film and television star, and Triple H in the wrestling ring. In my personal opinion, take it or leave it, I think the training to be a professional wrestler is a bit more demanding so I'll give this one to Triple H.

Hammer Handling: I have never seen McKidd use a hammer but I have seen Triple H use one on several occasions. Although I think this is irrelevant beacause this role will require special training for the use of Mjolnir. So I can this one even.

So there it is my vote is for Triple H. I will keep voting open until the end of July or the first part of August. So please vote. I'm The Eyeball and That's What I'd Like to See.
