Respect?

I seem to be on a wrestling kick here lately, so my next rant will reflect that as well. The last Raw seemed to be a promising show. A star-studded main event, a special appearance by "The Donald", and an appearance by WWE Hall of Famer "Rowdy Roddy Piper. If you didn't know, Piper just overcame cancer. He came out in his hometown and spoke of how good it was to be home. It was good to see him. It was obvious he wasn't feeling his best but can you blame him? I don't believe anyone would feel 100% after overcoming cancer. He was on Raw for two reasons: first, to show us he was still alive and kicking, second to announce the first inductee into the 2007 class of the WWE Hall of Fame. I was delighted to see it was Dusty Rhodes. If you check my previous posts, you will see I thought it was about time. Dusty came out dancing and rhyming. Then, one of the most despicable acts I have ever seen took place. Umaga came out and destroyed the two legends. Instead of giving a man who just overcame cancer and a man celebrating a great career their moment, Vince McMahon decided to "use" these two great men to "put over" one of his current stars. The legends tried to fight back but to no avail. This made me sick. These men deserve more than this. If Vince wants to involve the legends in current storylines he could find some other way than to just completely embarass them. I'm the Eyeball and that's what I see.

P.S. I will enjoy seeing Trump shaving Vince's head.
