I usually don't post so close to my last one but I had too (if you haven't read my last one about Captain America please do so). I was watching Raw last night when they announced their first inductee into the 2008 class of the WWE Hall of Fame. It was none other than....................

It's about time! I was wondering when the most decorated man in professional wrestling would finally get his due. The fact he is still wrestling is a testament to the man he is. In my opinion he is the greatest of all time. In his hayday his skill was unmatched. I know he has lost a step in his older age but he is still also one of the best showman in wrestling today as well. When he finally loses and has to retire the wrestling world will miss the void that is left and can never be filled. I'm the Eyeball, and That's What I See.

The New Captain America

Just in case you don't know the original Captain America (Steve Rogers) is dead. He was killed by an assassin during the Marvel Civil War event. However in the grand tradition of comics a replacement has been found for him. His original sidekick Bucky has stepped up to the challenge. Here is a picture.

I have a few problems with this, for starters the gun. Why does Captain America need a gun? It goes against everything that the old Cap stood for. In addition to the gun this Captain America carries a knife. What is the need for all the weapons? All Steve needed was his "mighty" shield and his bare hands. I guess this Cap isn't as much of a man as Steve. I am truly looking forward to Steve's return, as it will eventually happen, the Marvel Universe needs him. I'm the Eyeball, and That's what I See.
